JasonIRC Network
The JasonIRC Network is an IRC Network that revolves around the idea of 'freedom of speech'. Rather than choosing a theme to base the network on, JasonIRC is based on the idea of connecting people from all over the world together in a safe and secure chat environment.
Who we are
We are just a bunch of kids that have decided to make a mark on the world of IRC and begin a server. As of now its just us and a few friends, but we are also looking to expand our horizons. If you have any questions or comments, please navigate to the contact information. We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have. About Us
Welcome to JasonIRC, an IRC server which was created by Liber. This network focuses on trying to get users aquainted with each other. We try to provide a safe and peaceful chat environment for all users. Since it is a new server, the current user count is way below where we want it to be. We appreciate all the new users we can get and we encourage all users to invite more people to join us. The JasonIRC Network hopes to provide a safe and fun chatting environment for all users who choose to join us.Connect
There are a variety of ways to connect, as many clients have their own ways to connect to a server. The most popular of these commands tend to be either /connect (like irssi) or /server [-m] (like mIRC).
Once you have figured out the proper command, you will need to type in the address, which is irc.jasonirc.net.
Some clients also allow you decide what port you want to connect on.
The following ports are available for connection:
o 6667
o 7000
o 6697 (SSL)
